The 2019 APIC Conference will take place on June 10-12, 2019 in Nashville, TN.

In order to register, you'll need to login to this website as a member. You may use this link to access registration:

IMPORTANT!! If you plan to attend the annual CMA Festival the weekend prior to APIC, we strongly encourage you to make your plans early. APIC does not have any hotel rooms on hold for the weekend nights (Friday/Saturday) prior to the Conference, and cannot help you with hotel reservations for those nights. You must make the arrangements on your own. NOTE: rooms available for check-in starting on Sunday 6/9 are limited and will be allocated on a first come - first served basis.

The APIC room block is now sold out for arrival on Sunday, 6/9. Should you wish to arrive in Nashville on 6/9, you will need to secure alternate hotel arrangements on your own, as we can now only accept reservation requests for arrival on Monday, 6/10. You will be given the option to be put on the waitlist for a hotel room on Sunday 6/9 during the registration process.

How to Book:  

Members: APIC is holding a block of rooms at the Omni (note, we have limited rooms available for Sunday 6/9). You will be asked to make your room request online when you register for the APIC Conference. Your room will be reserved for you by the APIC conference planner. DO NOT CALL THE HOTEL DIRECTLY.

Sponsors - APIC is holding a separate block of rooms for Sponsor attendees. Instructions for booking your room will be provided once your company is confirmed as a sponsor. 

Reimbursement:  If you wish to receive reimbursement for your hotel costs, you will need to submit an eReq in advance. This applies even though you are not booking the hotel through the MS travel agency.

All guest rooms at Omni are non-smoking.

     Check-Out: 11:00 AM

TRAVEL

Arrival Time - If you plan to take part in the Optional Pre-Conference Session, you should plan to arrive in Nashville on Sunday, June 9th.  Otherwise, we suggest arriving on a flight that lands by 12:30PM on Monday, June 10th. 

Don't forget to check Southwest Airlines, which is adding more non-stops starting June 10 to/from Nashville.

Airport - The Nashville Airport is about a 15-20 minute drive to the Omni. 

Taxis - flat rate of $25 to the downtown area, plus an additional passenger charge of $1 when accompanying original passenger and proceeding to same destination. 

PICK UP LOCATION - Ground transportation pick-ups have moved to BNA's new Parking and Transportation Center, next to the existing Short Term Parking Garage. Taxis now pick up on Level 1 of the new Parking and Transportation Center.

ATTIRE

Business Casual attire is appropriate for the majority of the APIC Conference. The only exception is Tuesday evening, when we encourage casual attire for all attendees.

Some members may be eligible for tuition reimbursement.

The registration fees for 2019 are as follows:

The fee includes the following:

  • Attendance at all APIC educational sessions
  • Attendance at all APIC meal functions as listed in the agenda

The fee does NOT include:

  • Hotel room costs
  • Travel costs

Payment - You will need to provide a credit card on the secure Conference Registration website.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The deadline for canceling your attendance without penalty is Monday, June 3rd. After this date, the following penalties will apply:

  • REGISTRATION FEE: 100%
  • GUEST ROOM AT OMNI: One night room & tax charges. APIC will be held financially responsible for your guest room, and therefore, must pass the cancellation charges on to you

EXPENSES

All travel expenses related to the APIC Conference (hotel, taxi, parking, etc.) are the responsibility of the individual attendee.
